About 4th Gen
We are here to make your insurance needs simple. Built on generations of knowledge and driven by the values that define us, we specialize in protecting the businesses and professionals that drive our economy.

Our Story
Built on Trust, Driven by Purpose
4th Gen is a proudly woman-owned independent insurance agency. We believe in doing things differently — putting relationships first, listening carefully, and finding solutions that truly fit. No cookie-cutter programs here.
We specialize in professional liability coverage for consultants, tech companies, med spas, and dealerships & auto body shops. We also have deep expertise in workers compensation, especially helping businesses navigate large audits. We walk you through the entire process.
As an independent agency, we are not tied to any single insurance company. This freedom allows us to compare options from multiple trusted carriers to find the coverage and price that works best for you.
Our Legacy
Four Generations of Protecting Families
Insurance is more than a business in our family — it is a legacy built over four generations. Our story began in the 1940s when my great-grandfather started selling life insurance, built on relationships, trust, and taking care of families when they needed it most. My grandfather later joined him and expanded the agency into Property & Casualty insurance, creating the foundation for what would become a lifelong family commitment to protecting others.
When I started kindergarten, my mom joined my grandfather at the agency, continuing the family tradition of hard work and service. Growing up, our family spent countless hours in the office stuffing envelopes, looking up prospects in the phone book, and helping wherever we were needed. The agency was never just a workplace — it was part of our family life. My father joined my mom at the agency in 1986, and together they ran the business as a team for nearly four decades before he retired in 2025.
I joined the agency in 2018 because carrying on this legacy deeply matters to me. What fulfills me most is continuing the work started generations ago: building relationships, serving others with integrity, and helping families and businesses feel protected and supported. While the industry has changed dramatically over the years, our values have not. We still believe in treating people like family, giving honest guidance, and being there when it matters most.
Today, as a fourth-generation insurance professional, I am proud to carry forward the lessons, values, and commitment that shaped our family for decades — while continuing to build a modern agency focused on service, education, and lasting relationships.

What Guides Us
Our Core Values
Three core values guide everything we do — how we serve our clients, how we grow, and how we face every challenge.
Service
We put helping others at the center of everything we do — connecting clients to opportunities, sharing what we know openly, and serving generously. Supporting growth in others isn't transactional for us — it's relational.

- Serving others generously
- Supporting growth in others
Growth
We value continual improvement and expansion — building businesses from scratch, embracing personal and professional development, adopting new technology early, and researching deeply. We ask smart questions and adapt through every experience. We're wired to evolve, not stay stagnant.
- Personal & professional development
- Early technology adoption
- Deep research & smart questions
- Adapting through experience
Resilience
Resilience shows up everywhere in what we do — from navigating life as a military spouse during deployments, to building stability independently, surviving disasters, and thriving in a male-dominated industry. We start from nothing and create something meaningful, adapting to wherever life takes us.
